These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 7777xc ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7777xc website located at https://7777xc.cam and all associated products, services, and features offered therein.

7777xc is a premium online casino and sports betting platform designed for users across Pakistan, including those located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. The platform operates in English and displays account balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

By registering an account, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account held by an individual on the 7777xc platform.
• "Balance" means the PKR-denominated funds held in a User's account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or incentive awarded to a User under the terms of an active promotion, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification, required before withdrawal processing or as otherwise requested by the platform.
• "Platform" means the 7777xc website, its associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all products and services accessible through the user account.
• "Services" means the sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports wagering and all other interactive products offered on the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which access to or use of the platform is restricted, blocked or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or by the platform's own compliance policies.

To register and maintain an account on 7777xc, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have been previously excluded from the platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of 7777xc or any associated entity, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

The platform reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

Registration requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, we may request the following documents at any time before processing a withdrawal or if we have reason to verify your identity:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (such as a CNIC, passport or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (such as a utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership, where required to prevent fraud or money laundering.

Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent documentation is grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities. The platform reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at its sole discretion.

5.1 One Account Per User

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one account on 7777xc. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the platform reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings or bonus balances held therein.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 7777xc will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.

You must notify the platform immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. The platform accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

5.3 Account Currency

Accounts for Pakistani users display balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not guarantee exchange rates and accepts no liability for currency conversion losses where applicable at the payment provider level.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the live cashier and are subject to change without notice. The platform does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Familiar local payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be available in the cashier as informational references only. None of these payment providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling activity on 7777xc. 6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawal requests. The platform aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated in the cashier, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and third-party processing windows.

The platform reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier and are denominated in PKR.

6.3 Unclaimed Balances

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit or wagering activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances may be subject to an administrative fee as specified in the platform's dormant account policy. Users will be notified via the registered email address before any such deduction is applied.

All wagers placed on 7777xc — including sports betting markets covering Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC, tennis, esports, and all casino products — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Errors in stake entry cannot be reversed after confirmation.
• The platform reserves the right to void any bet where a market has been offered in error, including incorrect odds or corrupted data feeds.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time without notice. Bets already confirmed prior to suspension remain valid unless voided under the rules applicable to that market.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day and per bet type. These limits are displayed in the relevant market or communicated upon request.
• The platform's decision on all betting disputes is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure outlined in the platform's support documentation.

7777xc may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are credited in bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
• 7777xc reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Users will not be penalised for promotions cancelled before the stated expiry, provided they have not yet accepted the offer.
• The platform operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion, arbitrage betting and the use of automated software.
• Where bonus abuse is detected, the platform reserves the right to void all associated winnings, close the account and withhold any balance pending investigation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 7777xc and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to create an account in circumvention of an exclusion or restriction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other users, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Using the platform to launder money or to facilitate any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity or residential address.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive conduct toward platform staff or other users.

All content on the 7777xc platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code and the overall design and layout — is the property of 7777xc or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from 7777xc.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7777xc, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7777xc does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for personal injury or for negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation cannot be excluded by law, the applicable statutory provisions shall prevail.

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, comply with anti-money laundering obligations, and improve the platform experience. 7777xc reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 15.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

7777xc reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, including but not limited to fraud, identity misrepresentation, prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 10, or regulatory compliance requirements. In such cases, the platform may withhold balances pending investigation and is not obligated to return funds where fraud or criminal activity is established.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence. Users in Pakistan are reminded that these Terms do not constitute legal advice under Pakistani law, and that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts certain gambling activities. Independent legal advice should be sought where appropriate.
